We are getting ready to move into our own place again. Spence is getting close his 3 month mark. Our time here has been a great blessing for all of us and I am especially grateful for my job at container and packaging. Kentucky is very similar to Texas in a lot of ways. It has been fantastic to get to know Kiara's family so well. I am sure Kiara's sister, Katia, is doing amazing things on her mission in Pocetello Idaho. We recently started playing Dungeons and Dragons with the Bettenhausens. I have also had the chance to go to the gym with Kade and my wife several times. We are about to start SWUG writing group back up as well. The latest board games we have learned are Boss monster, Photosynthesis, and Terra Mystica. This month we will be making a trip to my old mission companions(Mark Rust) wedding! We also went to a small art fair and ate at Tolly-ho when we went to Frankfurt.

Monday, May 6th our son was born! He came at 4:43 am, weighing 7 lbs. and 9.2 oz. and was 20 inches long! Since we moved life seems to be passing by super fast. Cody and I just recently celebrated our first anniversary! Sadly, we forgot to get pictures together. But we enjoyed getting to spend time together and eating out at Texas Roadhouse and coming home to Sparkling Cider!  This week we both are starting a new semester at BYU-I, but doing it online. Luckily we both were able to take some of the same classes. Studying will be fun that way. :P We are excited to be able to start this semester and further our learning! We are also expecting to be having our baby boy soon! We have all the things ready for him! We got to tour the hospital that we will be having him at, and I am now visiting the doctor's office every week. We also just recently put the crib up and have put all the things we have gotten for him away and organized. :) We are super excited and nervous about what our not-so-distant future holds! 

Life has been crazy! We have been preparing to move this month! Cody and I both decided that we needed to move to Kentucky and be closer to our families.  What we didn't know is how much work it takes to figure out and prepare for a move. Especially while pregnant and doing school. Luckily we have had some great friends to help and also it feels like everything is falling into place! We sold our contract and have already got most of everything packed! Now we just have to finish packing and clean! Then we will head out to our new Kentucky home! We can't wait to start our new adventure together! We will definitely miss all our fiends here though! On another note, We both have gotten to clean the Rexburg Temple the past 2 weeks! It has been an amazing experience! I definitely feel like it has helped me appreciate the temple better. I definitely would recommend doing it if you have the chance. Cody and I got to celebrate our first Christmas together this year! It's kinda crazy to think that next year it won't just be the two of us. But this year was lots of fun and we were both spoiled rotten!  We got matching Christmas Eve PJs  Cody was most excited about his  socks and toothbrush from Santa (I'm not making this up, that's what he said)  I was excited to get an iTunes  gift card and new socks  This was Cody's "big" gift from me. A blanket with pictures of us.  Cody got me a mother wolf with her child I love them! I had to post this picture because  Cody looked hilarious with his gifts (He was wearing his new hat, sweatpants, shoes, with his blanket and 409) We had an amazing time together for Christmas!

We recently went to Texas to visit Cody's family! It was lots of fun!  We enjoyed hanging out and getting to know them better! We got to do many things with them that I sadly didn't get pictures of all of it. But we all went to a place called Moody gardens, where I got a ton of pictures. It was lots of fun!  Here is the whole family in front of one of the  pyramids at Moody gardens. So the last 7 months have been amazing! Cody and I found out in August that we were expecting! We are so excited to welcome a little child into our forever family! We are due at the beginning of May!  By the way did I mention we are having a little BOY! We are super excited to  welcome him in May!
